Returns and exchanges
ShopSmart's commitment to you: if you are not satisfied with our handbags, we accept the return, without asking any questions.
In order to facilitate the return, the following conditions must be met:
1) the product must be in its original state, intact aesthetic and functional
2) the product must be complete in its original packaging
3) the product must have been purchased within the last 30 days
4) acceptance that the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
If all the above conditions are fulfilled email ItalianHandbags a request to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once the RMA number is received, add it on the form accompanying the return, and then return the product.
Specify whether repayment or exchange is necessary.
Once ItalianHandbags receives your return, we will check the condition of the goods.
-Return-Refund - we will refund the value of the product only, excluding postage
- Return-Exchange - we will replace the product and ship the exchange to you for free.
-The refund is made in maximum 14 days since we get the goods returned in the office
Important: ShopSmart will gift wrapping your purse purchase on demand! Notes and custom maps are also available.

Delivery window starts when your payment has been processed by our bank.

ShopSmart customers will always receive a tracking number with a tracking link, within 48h after the departure of the package,
For shipments to leave the premises of ShopSmart on Fridays, tracking and tracking numbers will be communicated on Monday.
Similarly, for shipments leaving the ShopSmart establishment the day before a statutory vacation tracking number and follow-up links will be communicated the next business day.
Final exclusions from the value of the invoice: import duties, taxes and specific charges from other countries
Import duties, taxes and other specific costs of other countries are the responsibility of the buyer.

In case the handbag to be exchanged is no longer available ItalianHandbags will fully refund your purchase.
In case the handbag to be exchanged will be available in the near future and you are ready to wait, ShopSmart will send the replacement handbag as soon as possible.
In case the handbag has been discontinued ShopSmart will be replaced with a product of equal or greater value.

In the event that your handbag has a problematic ShopSmart functional will repair or replace for you with a product of equal or greater value, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period. This warranty covers any part that is defective in material and / or workmanship under normal conditions of use. ShopSmart can not be held responsible for any damage to the hand resulting from normal wear, misuse, abuse, neglect or misuse.
An original proof of purchase will be required.
